This project is freely inspired by the book setting of Six of Crows from Leigh Bardugo and Germinal from Emile Zola.
The corrupted Council of Merchants dominates the city, separated from poor areas at the bottom by the huge dam that allows them flooding the lower city to generate energy and to avoid uprisings.
